I let the phone ring and didn’t pick up, then searched the number here. When I listened to the voicemail, it was just nonsense and I couldn’t make out a word. So I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Got a voicemail from someone speaking with a Pakistani accent saying my phone was infected with a virus. They insisted I call them back and pay $1500 to fix the problem. Sounded totally dodgy to me.

Someone rang me saying they were from B.T and that my account was being shut off today. I got in touch with B.T myself and they said it wasn’t their call at all. When B.T tried calling the same number back, it just went straight to voicemail. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
