He just went on and on for about half a minute, then said he’d give me his direct line and wait while I grabbed a pen. I told him we actually don’t have any boiler cover at all. There was a pause, then he repeated that he could offer better cover. I asked him how he could transfer to something better if we didn’t have any in the first place.
