I found this number listed on the Udental Pro site, and like others, I've been trying to get hold of them about their product. Sadly, it doesn't perform as well as they claim. I've called several times but never get an answer, which makes me think this might actually be a scam like some here have pointed out. Right now, I’m trying to send the product back, but they want it shipped all the way to an address in the US. I reckon the shipping costs will be ridiculous. They have told me if I show proof of postage and provide a tracking number, they’ll refund me, but honestly, I’m not holding my breath - something about the whole thing feels dodgy.
