On the 14th of November 2017, I received an automated voicemail from someone claiming to be Officer Lisa Williams from HM Revenue & Customs. The message was rather alarming, insisting that I contact her immediately upon receiving it, otherwise I would be met with severe legal repercussions. They went on about it being my last opportunity to address this serious matter. The message was signed off with a wish for a "blessed day," which felt quite out of place considering the tone. Interestingly, I had received a similar message back in July 2017 regarding supposed criminal allegations related to the UK’s internal penal code, chapter 1.02 act. I've chosen not to return the call on either occasion. Quite a peculiar experience, indeed!

Like many before me, I had a rather alarming encounter with an HMRC representative named Lucy Williams. She issued some rather intimidating legal warnings if I didn't return her call. However, I chose not to respond. Instead, I plan to report this matter to the police.

I just got a rather unsettling phone call from this number today. Can anyone shed some light on who it might be? It appears to be from the States.

I received a call today from someone with a heavy Asian accent, insisting that I was facing legal action due to tax evasion. As a retiree who spent most of my life managing our home, I firmly told them to 'get lost!' Honestly, what a ridiculous situation!

I missed a call earlier, and it straight away went to my voicemail. When I checked it, there was an automated message instructing me to ring the same number to speak to Officer Lisa Williams from HM Revenue & Customs. She claimed there were some serious issues concerning my name and warned that I could face dire legal repercussions if I didn't return the call. It was supposedly the final opportunity to sort it all out. I must say, I had no intention of calling back!
