Got a call today from someone claiming to be energy consultants, said they were contacting everyone in my postcode. Weirdly, they used my maiden name and started asking about loft insulation, how old I was, and how many live here. They said their admin team would get in touch soon about any benefits I might get with a new kind of insulation. Then they just hung up. Bit odd, if you ask me. 🤨

They started off by calling me with someone else's name, I guess the person who had this number before me. Then they asked if I had loft insulation, but when I didn’t answer straight away, they went silent and just ended the call.
