I got a call supposedly from O2, the person said they were blocking my number and that they came from the technical team. They said they needed to send me a SIM card but then started asking for details about my account. My iPhone even warned me it could be a scam. I told them I’d ring O2 myself to confirm. They kept pushing and sounded quite believable, but I stayed firm.

I got a call from someone saying they were with O2 and that my SIM would be temporarily blocked due to some 5G upgrades. They said they'd post me a new SIM card as well. I just ended the call and haven’t heard from them since.
