However, upon answering, all we encountered was a prolonged silence at the other end. After approximately twenty minutes, the call disconnected on its own. Strangely enough, a similar occurrence took place just ten seconds later. It's all rather peculiar. We sincerely hope that the mention of a £1.50 charge is unfounded. Regardless, we're hesitant to pursue any loan options with this company!

It boggles the mind how such numbers are permitted to persist despite a slew of complaints. For the last week or so, these callers have been relentless, ringing me upwards of nine times each day. In the past fortnight alone, I've received a staggering 14 calls. Out of those, there were four instances where a human being-if you can even call them that-was on the line, but for the remaining ten? Just silence. It's clear that when we continuously decline their offers, they should take the hint that we're not interested. On the bright side, at least they seem to take Sundays off, so we get a brief respite for a day. The claim of a £1.50 fee was a complete fabrication. All we did was give them a bell to request that our number be removed from their directory and to inquire how they obtained our details. To our annoyance, they didn’t clarify where they sourced our information. We did make it clear that we were neither interested in nor had ever taken out a loan! Thankfully, they’ve now removed our number and, fingers crossed, we won’t receive any more calls from them.
