I received a rather dodgy call from someone pretending to work for BT who insisted there was an issue with our internet connection. This chap went on about how our IP address had supposedly been breached. He then proceeded to try and guide me through various dubious steps. Fortunately, I’m not even a BT customer, so I quickly realised it was a con.

Got a call earlier from someone looking for a bloke called John, but no one's here by that name. I tried to explain they must have dialled wrong, but the person just didn’t seem to get it and ended the call straight away.
