Properly shocking. As soon as I picked up, some arrogant bloke goes, “hey hey I’m calling from (can’t recall the company name).” I told him thanks but no thanks and hung up. Then they kept ringing me non-stop, like 7 times, and I ignored each one. Eventually I answered the 8th call and told them to piss off!

Some woman called saying she was with calamity insurance and wanted details about an accident I’d apparently been in. I told her I wasn’t involved in any accident and she just hurriedly said sorry and hung up.

They rang me like 4 times in 15 minutes, this bloke asked "am I speaking to Ms @@@@", I said "who's this?" then he goes "I'm Mark, just doing a quick survey, only 4 questions". I told him no thanks, I'm busy and hung up. Then they ring back again, same rubbish. Who even are these people????

Got a call from a woman named Lillan Barney from the 020 8079 5131 number, which showed up as a London contact on my phone. She claimed to be from some Calamity advice firm and said I'd been part of a road traffic accident. Usually, I would listen to stuff like this but today I just muted her and she hung up quickly. Guess it's time to block this number for good!

Total waste of time. Someone called saying, "We've heard you were in an accident that wasn't your fault, is that correct?" which is completely untrue. I’ve had no accident and never told anyone that. Just trying to catch people out and annoy them.
