Some numpty called up saying they were from O2, trying to pull a fast one on my lad with some dodgy iPhone offers. Total scam!

I didn’t pick up, but since my lad works in London I looked up the number. When I tried ringing back, it said the number’s not active anymore.

Missed the call and checked the other comments, looks like these are meant to be from O2 - no chance! These scammers keep ringing me too, even though I’m not an O2 customer. Every time I say that, they ask who my provider is, probably so they can try calling again pretending to be them. Not buying it one bit. As Princess Anne once said, they should just 'get lost'.

Got a call from someone claiming they were from O2 but I’m pretty sure it was a scam. They tried to get me to give personal info which seemed dodgy. If you get a call like this, watch out - they’re just trying to trick you. Definitely don’t share anything with them!

The caller claimed to be from O2, so I asked for my birthday. They replied with "69 69," which made me shout "scam scam," and then they just hung up. Watch out, this isn’t really O2 - it’s a scam.
