Last year, I ended up in the same mess, sadly fell for a scam. They initially asked me to send over £75, which I foolishly did, then the next day they requested £125 more. I know it was daft of me and my own mistake, but I started getting suspicious once they kept pushing for money. In total, I lost £200. When I said I wanted to cancel everything, they promised a refund the very next day, but that never showed up. I kept calling them and was assured the refund would come by Friday, but as I kept following up, the calls would just drop. I spoke with a few people at this dodgy outfit and asked to speak with a manager. They said someone would call me back but never did. Eventually, after persistent calls, I got a callback, but it turned out the 'manager' was actually the same person I had spoken to before.

This company is a complete joke. They made me pay £50 through a paysafe card and then demanded even more cash. When I said I didn’t have any, they told me to borrow from friends or family. I phoned them and they promised a refund the next day, but it never came. I got in touch with the financial conduct people and turns out they’re not legit at all. When I called the company again, they just kept cutting the call. Now I’m stuck out of pocket, alone, with my little daughter to care for.

Does anyone know if 00442071830311 is a scam? Trying to figure out if I should answer or just block it. Cheers!

I got a call from 02031375285 and another number linked to ukfastloan.com or loans.com. They got me to pay £120 upfront for a loan, then suddenly demanded £185 more for some “tax” fee. It didn’t sound right, so I said I’d call back later. After realising it was a dodgy scam, I rang back but the guy was rude and aggressive. He said he’d cancel everything and refund my money by 5:30, but never actually did. Went to my bank and they were brilliant helping sort things out. Honestly, no legit loan should ask for money upfront like that. Such awful people pretending to help.

Today, Friday 24th March 2017, I got scammed by UK fastloans - they took £620 from me and now I can’t get it back. I’m disabled and needed a loan urgently for an eye surgery, but these b****** just took my money. This number isn’t the one that contacted me though.

I got tricked into this mess when I was off work sick for over three months, struggling to make ends meet. My little boy, who’s only two, barely had enough food, and I couldn’t even afford petrol to visit my nine-year-old after her surgery for an open fracture. Ended up losing £235 to ukfastloan, and it’s just dreadful. I’ve lost all trust in them, and since it’s my own mistake, there’s no getting the money back. As a single mum, I’m left drowning in debt with no clue how I’ll manage. All I can do now is hope those crooks get caught and pay for what they’ve done.

I keep getting calls from these folks offering loans. I asked them to email me some proof but never got anything. Definitely feels like a scam to me.

This was definitely a con. They rang up telling me I owed £120 as an initial payment, then said I had to pay £150 tax and later wanted a transfer fee as well. I said no and they kept pushing me really hard. Eventually, I just blocked the number to get them off my back. I found a website with some T&Cs, but it seemed dodgy. I've reported it to Action Fraud now.

I just got scammed out of £400. They made me cover some insurance using payment vouchers. Proper rip-off!

The guy told me he’d already sent 7,000 but since I asked for 6,400 I needed to pay back 600. I flat out refused and told them to just cancel my application. They kept pushing me to hand over the money, but I kept saying I couldn’t afford it. Then they suggested I borrow it from someone close, which immediately set off alarm bells. After that, she said she’d have to check with her manager and promised to ring me back in ten minutes.

I got three calls from this number yesterday, with someone trying to get my bank info and sort code. I could barely catch what he was saying, so I asked where he was calling from and then just hung up. Later that evening when I was out, he called again. I told him I was tied up, and he said he’d call back in the morning. Totally sounds like a scam to me.

One thing I forgot to mention from what I shared before is that they never emailed me any confirmation about the loan. There was no contract or anything signed - everything was just talked over out loud. That was the biggest red flag for me! It just didn’t seem professional at all, which made me suspicious straight away. I’m glad I didn’t carry on with it. Anyone coming across this, please don’t make the same mistake! Always trust your gut feeling first.

Beware, everyone! I recently fell victim to a right dodgy scam. I foolishly parted with £700 to a so-called loan firm named U.K. Fast Loan. They spun quite the tale, insisting they needed funds upfront for PPI and some government taxes, all to secure my loan. Once I relinquished the cash through Paysafe vouchers, they vanished into thin air! No loan ever materialised, and now they’ve gone completely silent. It’s a classic scam operation, so please do not hand over a single penny to these tricksters!

Beware of this fraudulent operation! I implore you not to part with a single penny! They swindled me out of a whopping £700. They pose as a loan company known as U.K. Fast Loan, but the moment you bite, they begin demanding payments through Paysafe vouchers under the guise of PPI and various taxes purportedly required by the government. Once you’ve handed over your cash, the promised loan never materialises and they simply stop responding. These are nothing but scam artists!

I got scammed by these lot and lost £700, it's a total rip-off.

Beware of these lot, they tricked me into handing over £700. First, I paid £200 for some PPI thing, then they came back asking for £500 for supposed UK government tax. I paid that too. Later on, they wanted £325 for some legal document charge, which I said no to. Despite already getting £700 from me, they kept ringing me for the £325. Eventually, they just said no refund would be given and stopped answering their phone.

I got a call from 0208 077 5607 offering me a £2500 loan with a 6.5% APR, but to proceed I had to buy a £150 voucher from a PayPoint shop - they said it was a Government Approved Voucher. Once I bought it, they told me to ring them back on 0208 077 5607 and give them the PIN number on the voucher. There was no alternative payment option whatsoever! Strangely, they never asked for my personal info or checked my credit rating. The company called itself www.ukfastloan.com. I wasn’t about to get caught out by this!

I handed over 200 pounds for this supposed insurance, they told me there'd be no extra fees. But then she called me up again, asking for another 350. I didn’t pay that, and I still haven't got my loan sorted. Honestly feels like she tricked me out of 200 quid, and I’m not seeing that money again.

I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent who said she was ringing from UK Fast Loans. I’d been looking around at various places for a loan and she told me about an unsecured loan offer. However, she said I’d need to pay £300 upfront for insurance in case I lose my job. I asked her multiple times to send me some details about the company over email, but nothing has come through yet. She did mention that the £300 insurance fee would be refunded if I don’t need to use it after repaying the loan. I tried searching online for UK Fast Loans but couldn't find anything about them. Does anyone know if this is legit or a scam?
