I’ve had to block this number since they didn’t leave a voicemail, and I’m unable to return the call.

Received a cheeky call from a persistent telemarketer.

This caller seems to be a bit dodgy, likely trying to drum up business for personal injury claims. I attempted to return the call to find out which company it was, but the number's been barred for outgoing calls. I've taken the precaution of reporting it to the Telephone Preference Service.

I always steer clear of any calls from unfamiliar numbers. Having just skimmed through the comments, I've gone ahead and blocked this one.

I reckon this might just be one of those bothersome calls.

I received a call earlier from a woman’s recorded voice inquiring if I had been involved in a car accident. I replied affirmatively, which resulted in being connected to a gentleman with a distinct Indian accent. I requested him to erase my number from their records, but he abruptly ended the call. I've now blocked the number!

Had a young woman claim she'd been in an accident, but didn't even know who I was. Absolute con job! She dodged all my questions and her story sounded a bit dodgy, like it had come straight out of Birmingham. Complete scam, if you ask me!

A young lady rang me around half six this evening from something called the City Advice Agency, claiming she was aware of an accident I’d been involved in, which is absolutely false. I told her she had no business possessing my number, and then she promptly ended the call.

It seems there’s a spate of calls being made with the intention of drumming up some dodgy insurance claims. I can't help but feel a twinge of sympathy for the lass on the other end, likely striving to make a living. Nevertheless, it’s a shame she’s tied to such unscrupulous practices that compromise her integrity. She deserves better than to be caught up in a web of deceit.
