They’ve been ringing me about loft insulation. At first, I got a recorded voice saying something like, “Hi, I’m Jo, an energy adviser for your local area. Are you the homeowner?” If you answer, then a real person pitches in. The calls have been relentless - I started tracking, and it’s up to 20 since summer began. Sometimes they call twice a week, even three times one week! I’ve told them to take me off whatever auto-dial system they’re using, but no luck. And yes, I’m on the TPS list too.
