So this person rang me saying they were from EE and that there was a problem with my service, offering some kind of discount on my bill. They wanted to know my name and whether I was the account owner. Then they asked for my email to send over some paperwork. They ended the call but then phoned me again a bit later. I got in touch with EE and they told me it was a scam.
