Just got a call from someone saying his name was Jack and claiming to be from the Broadband Tech Support team. I could tell he was fibbing straight away 'cause I could hear background noise clearly. When I asked, he said he was with Open Reach, which seemed pretty dodgy. Then, when I pushed him a bit more, he had the nerve to ask why I was being dishonest. I told him it’s because that’s all he ever does - lie! After that, he hung up.
