Absolutely, I've come into a bit of luck, right? They informed me that I've supposedly won £3,750. However, after doing a bit of sleuthing on their contact number, it’s clear it’s nothing more than a fraudulent scheme.

Got a call about a refund of £3750 from some PPI claim and they said I wouldn’t have to pay any fees until the money was in my account. Oddly, I got the refund today just like they said. Still don’t understand what they get out of ringing me like that though, anyone know?

I recently received a couple of calls and decided to entertain their nonsense to uncover what they were up to. It was oddly familiar, matching the reports I've seen from others-same sums involved, and the infamous request for iTunes cards. I confronted them, made it clear that I recognised it as a scam, and informed the chap on the other end that I’d be reporting them to the Fraud line. I suggested he could keep his dodgy cash. Honestly, these scam artists make my blood boil!

I've just received a daft phone call, and fortunate for me, I wasn't taken in by it. It was the same old story as what everyone else seems to be getting, all about some sort of card purchase. I straight up told him it was a scam and that he ought to be thoroughly ashamed of himself before hanging up. Please be cautious, as this sort of thing is absolutely appalling, and there are bound to be individuals who might fall for it and part with their cash.

Somebody calling from this number said their name was Brian Hawkins, which seemed a bit odd because they had an accent and knew all our details. Feels like it might be a scam, does anyone else think so?

Had a rather amusing encounter earlier-a call from a woman named Janet regarding a PPI claim for a whopping £3,750. She then proceeded to suggest I pop down to the shops to grab an iTunes card worth £375. I decided to keep her engaged for a bit and explained that, living in the sticks, I'd be hard-pressed to find such a card. Surprisingly, Janet had the audacity to suggest I could catch a taxi or, amusingly, an ambulance, just to get my hands on it! I gave her a proper earful, and let me tell you, her responses were equally colourful. What a right laugh!

This number is a total con, pretending to be from the financial conduct authority. It's definitely a scam.

I received an alarming call meant for my mum, where the caller insisted they were from the Ministry of Justice. They rattled on about a supposed payout of £3750, and bizarrely requested that she purchase an £375 iTunes gift card as a kind of payment to hand over when the ‘agent’ delivered the cash. Quite the scam, if you ask me!

Just like all the other calls I've received, this one was for a PPI claim and they wanted to charge the same exorbitant fees. The caller said she would ring back in ten minutes. The company went by the name of F.C.A. However, I found the woman’s strong Indian accent rather difficult to decipher. I tried to keep up with the conversation for a bit, but eventually, I grew weary of it and ended the call.

I was informed that I was due to receive a payout of £3,750 from PPI. They claimed a postman would deliver the cash, but insisted I needed to pay them back 10% of that amount, which totals £375. They even mentioned sending it through places like Tesco for £50 or £30. I made it very clear that I cannot part with £375 while I'm still awaiting my £3,750. It's simply out of the question!

I've received a call from this number as well. After indulging the caller for a while, I casually mentioned that I was recording the conversation. To my surprise, he responded with a barrage of profanities, including a rather rude "f--k off, you absolute tosser," and promptly disconnected. Just a heads up for everyone!

I recently received a phone call from someone claiming to be Brian Hawkins from the FCA. He had quite a strong Indian accent and was saying things that matched what others have already mentioned. He provided me with a claim number and spoke about a payment that was supposed to arrive soon through Royal Mail. However, I didn't receive any subsequent call from the 'accounts department'. Concerned, I decided to reach out to the FCA directly, and they confirmed that the call was fraudulent. They've advised me to get in touch with Action Fraud about the matter.

I've just received a rather peculiar call from the number mentioned, claiming that I’m owed £3,750 for a PPI refund, albeit with some £350 taken out in charges. The lady on the line introduced herself as Christine Boyd, yet her accent was decidedly thick and Indian, making our conversation rather perplexing - it was quite challenging to grasp what she was saying, not to mention the oddity of her name. I can't help but find it a bit fishy that everyone's apparently in line for the same exact payout!

Just like many others have mentioned before, I've received a PPI claim notification (which I don't possess) that’s apparently been successful. Apparently, my funds will be on their way shortly. They plan to ring back in about 10 to 15 minutes.
Cheers to having perused earlier comments-I won’t be picking up the phone at all!

I received a call from this number too, claiming they wanted to help me recover a PPI refund of £3750. They mentioned a fee of £375 for their services. On their follow-up call, they insisted that I needed to buy an iTunes gift card to pay this fee, as they wouldn’t accept cash or cheques. I’m absolutely certain that, had I gone along with it, they would have soon asked for the card details before delivering anything, leaving me with nothing but regret and my £375 vanished into thin air.

I just received a call from this number claiming I was owed £3750 in PPI. They mentioned that someone would bring the cash over soon and that I should expect another call shortly. It’s been ten minutes, and I’ve heard nothing since. After seeing this information, I'm definitely going to ignore any future calls from them.

I mentioned to my wife that if she had a PPI claim, they’d get back to her. True to form, they called within just 10 minutes, claiming she was entitled to a payout of £3750. They had the audacity to say they’d deliver the funds, but she’d need to hand over £375 in iTunes vouchers to the courier bringing the cash. Honestly, my wife should have known better than to engage with them, but it’s baffling that anyone would consider this an acceptable proposition. They must really underestimate people’s intelligence to think such an obvious scam would work!
