Roughly twice a week, I find myself receiving phone calls from this particular number. There are instances where the ringing stops almost abruptly, making it impossible to pick up in time, while other times it carries on for a while before disconnecting. Since I don't recognise the caller, I simply opt not to answer. Curiously, not once have I received a voicemail from any of these numerous calls.

Got a ring from this number today. I usually just let unknown numbers go straight to voicemail, no exceptions. Didn’t leave any message and after looking at what others have said here, I’m not shocked at all.

I keep getting calls from these lot even though I live in Aberdeen and that number isn't even mine anymore. It’s annoying how they ring at all hours. After reading through the comments here, it sounds like they’re just giving out fake details anyway. Honestly, they should take a hint and stop bothering people. Also, I wonder how on earth they manage to get hold of your info and phone numbers? Proper frustrating.

I’m so fed up with these so-called helpers claiming they can recover money from timeshares. They’re now calling themselves Watchdog International, but a while back they were known as Direct Getaways. They ripped me off £499 a few years ago. Honestly, stay well clear of them - it's just another con.

What a shady operation this is! Every time I've had a chat with these fellows, they're incessantly asking for hefty payments for contracts they claim are broken. You fork over the cash, and lo and behold, just a couple of months down the line, they're knocking on your door for even more dough!

These scammers ringing up about timeshares are driving me mad! This time, they claimed it was some free deal. All they want is to speak to my mum, who’s seriously unwell with dementia. When I explain this, they sound all sorry and promise no more calls, but it’s a load of rubbish. Even after blocking their numbers, the calls just keep coming. So frustrating!

Dodgy behaviour!
I received a call from someone claiming to be with My Travel Rocks, which apparently does holiday deals. A charming woman named Danielle was on the other end, trying to convince me to merge some travel packages I've foolishly purchased from various firms. Upon trying to ring the number back, all I got was a pre-recorded message in Spanish. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Just got a call from some travel scam people claiming I had to pay a one-time fee of £2895 to cancel a concierge service. I don’t even belong to any concierge travel club, never heard of them before. Definitely avoid these lot and don’t let them pressure you into anything!

Got a call straight away demanding £499, threatening to send debt collectors if I don’t cough up. I actually settled with them about 4 years ago and was told that was the only payment needed. I’m just on a pension and can’t afford to pay now, but I’m really worried about what comes next with those debt collectors.

Got a call from My Travel Rocks, they were pushing about some concierge service I supposedly signed up for last year, asking for payment. I told them straight up I wasn’t paying a penny and requested their main office address. They gave me the name Victoria Lewis, Managing Director, with the address 67 Graston Way, London W2T 7JB, and the phone 02080685752. Tried looking up that postcode and phoning the number but couldn’t find anything. Wonder if anyone else’s been given this info?

So, I got a call from My Travel Rocks about some concierge package I supposedly bought last year, and they're asking for payment. I told them straight up I wasn't paying anything and asked for their main office address. I got a call from Direct Getaway saying I owed £499 and was already 90 days behind on payments. I had no clue about any of this. They threatened to send debt collectors if I didn’t pay up, so I just handed over the money to deal with it later. My daughter tried talking to them but they just kept yelling at her to "stop shouting". She was speaking calmly, but they didn’t want to hear a word and just repeated themselves like a broken record. It was really frustrating.

Today i got a call from this number. The bloke said he was from Direct Getaways [###] (website) and was talking about free holiday weeks, both local and overseas. When i asked for their website link, a lady jumped on the line pushing a really hard sale, saying it was a once in a lifetime deal for today only. I just ended the call.

I tried ringing them back but made sure my number was hidden. It was some company named Direct Debt or something like that. When I asked why they were calling me out of the blue, the person just ended the call. Best to steer clear of them.
