I didn’t catch the lady’s name, but it definitely felt like a call centre thing. She said she was calling from Microsoft, which instantly made me wary. I mentioned we’re actually Apple users, but she claimed to work for both companies and wanted to assist with some sort of security warning. I told her I wasn’t interested and ended the call - seemed a bit off to me. Since I can’t be sure, I’ve just labelled the number as ‘unknown’.
