Got a call from someone claiming to be Tom at Acorn investments. He was pushing this property investment supposedly giving an 8.5% yearly return. I reckon he’s just pulling stuff out of thin air after fishing for info. At one point, he even insisted I’d already talked about this deal with him before, which wasn’t true.
