I had a chap ring me claiming he was carrying out a customer satisfaction survey for the Bank of Scotland. I wouldn’t put any stock in that - it felt very dodgy indeed. I have a strong suspicion he was fishing for personal and banking details. Best to steer clear!

Someone rang me saying they were conducting a customer satisfaction survey for Bank of Scotland's business banking. I do know that Bank of Scotland uses BDRC for these kinds of surveys to comply with regulations, but honestly, I had no real way to tell if this caller was genuinely from BDRC or not.

I got a call from that number but when I tried ringing them back, it said I’d dialed the wrong number. Bit annoying really!
