I'm rather sceptical about these individuals claiming to represent O2. They proposed slashing my existing contract by an impressive 45%. Supposedly, this was their grand gesture of gratitude for my so-called "loyalty." The irony? I haven't even been utilising their services! It’s got scam written all over it!
