I got a call from a person saying they were with Eon.

Kept ringing me loads but all I could hear was a lot of noise and chatter from what sounded like some call centre. When I tried to ask who was calling they just dropped the call. Definitely spam, no idea why they kept trying to get through.

I got a call from someone pretending to be Vodafone, saying I could get 30% off my plan plus a free Apple Watch for being a loyal customer. Sounded fishy right away. They managed to get me to hand over my Vodafone account info and then ordered an iPhone in my name! After the phone was delivered, they supposedly ring back to organise picking it up from you. I rang Vodafone straight away, cancelled the order and updated my security details. If you get a call from this number, definitely flag it!

I received a call claiming my number was selected for a promotional offer, and they mentioned I'd soon be receiving a brand new phone. It all felt quite dodgy, if I'm honest.

Got a dodgy call saying I had “won a new mobile on my number”. They were really cheeky and didn’t listen when I asked them to remove my number. In the end, they just ended the call on me.
