I received a call from someone purporting to be from EE, attempting to entice me with an iPhone 13 deal for just £18 a month with unlimited everything. They inquired about my name, address, and even my maiden name, which immediately raised my eyebrows. When they asked for my maiden name, I got quite wary and decided to give a fictitious one. Definitely felt like a scam to me!
