I’m pretty sure these scammers are going after older folks. A guy with an Asian accent kept calling my gran loads from this number, talking about her pension. I snatched her phone away straight away and demanded to know who he was, but he just hung up right away.

Sometimes I get a call from a number that always begins the same way, they ring and as soon as I pick up, they just hang up. Told them to do one already!

Wondering when the officials will finally take serious action against these pesky scam calls? My bet is, probably never! The moment you pick up, they just drop the call. I've blocked the number now, but it's only a matter of time before they ring back from a new, barely changed number!!!
