Purporting to represent Carphone Warehouse, they requested the security number from the reverse of my card whilst attempting to establish a direct debit. It’s a complete con-definitely a scam!

So this number called me claiming they were from Carphone Warehouse with a great offer for an iPhone 12 for just £25 a month. I got in touch with Carphone Warehouse, and they said it’s not them, and the deal and the email are fake. Definitely going to report it and block the number.

Keeps ringing me over and over again. When I tried calling back, they just put me on hold and never answered for like 40 seconds. Got fed up and hung up. Honestly, I’d say just block this number because it’s clearly some spam.
