Just to add a bit more info, the crooks started by sending a text pretending to be a fraud warning from my mum’s bank. She got back to them, and then they rang her from this same number. They said she had to close her account, and to keep her safe, she’d have to transfer her money into a secret account with a fake name!

Somebody pretending to be a legit caller gave my mum this number while trying to trick her into transferring her savings. I'm sorting out reports to Action Fraud about everything that’s happened.
