Without a shadow of a doubt, this is a bothersome nuisance call - a definite spam number, if ever there was one. I'm definitely opting to block it. When I picked up, all I heard was a mechanical voice uttering "goodbye," and abruptly, the call was terminated. Quite peculiar, really!
