Received two calls throughout the day but couldn't answer either time. They didn't leave any voicemail.

I received a rather unusual phone call from someone claiming to be an energy advisor. He stated he wanted to carry out a safety inspection of my loft insulation to ensure it was fitted correctly and insisted that I complete a survey for him. I wasn't comfortable with that and declined to go along with it. The fellow was annoyingly insistent, but I've got my doubts about his authenticity. He certainly didn’t give off a trustworthy vibe!
