I got a call from someone claiming to be from a housing repairs team, saying there were repairs due on my place. Thing is, I don’t rent anywhere, so it was a bit weird.

That horrible woman rang again, using a different number this time. I keep blocking and reporting her all over consumer sites and official forums. She must be under pressure from her dodgy managers to keep bothering folks who just ignore her. Makes you wonder how proud she feels going to that job. No conscience clearly, not a good person at all. And what about the ICO, Action Fraud, BT? They do absolutely nothing. I’ve reported this nonsense for years, these scammers just carry on with no consequences, just like the Microsoft email scams. With all their tech and cash, they still don’t tackle these awful scams. I never pick up calls from strangers anymore - total waste of their time.
