I can hardly believe it, but an Indian chap reached out to inform me he’s considering taking steps against my landlord regarding the persistent cold and damp issues in my council flat. Apparently, my landlord instructed him to give me a ring! Honestly, what a bizarre situation! I find it quite hard to fathom that my landlord would actually ask someone to contact me to sort things out with them. It's utterly ridiculous!
