A chap introduced himself as John from Carphone Warehouse, claiming he wanted to discuss a contract that supposedly included a complimentary iPhone 13. He requested my name and address, and then attempted to pry into my bank details, specifically my account number and sort code. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
