I received a call from what purported to be a housing repair service. The chaps on the other end insisted they were keen to set up an appointment for one of their handymen to sort out a number of leaks and other issues I apparently reported regarding my property. However, I am not a council tenant and have no clue what they were after. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
