I received a dodgy call from what seemed to be an O2 call centre. They eventually passed me on to another operator who was impersonating someone offering a cheeky discount on my monthly bill. Next thing you know, they were fishing for my security code. Definitely keep your details to yourself! They had my mobile number and were aware I was an O2 customer, but that was it. As soon as I declined to give out any personal information, their attitude took a nosedive, which prompted me to hang up and report the incident to O2. Be careful out there!
