It seems this so-called 'genuine' business is on the hunt for no win, no fee claims related to councils or landlords who haven't sorted out their repairs. All the callers appear to have Indian accents, which raises my suspicions since they claim to operate out of the UK. From what I've read in other reviews, it looks like they've shifted their tactic from chasing after accident claims to now hunting down landlords for repairs.
