I just had an unexpected call from a call centre, and clearly, it was an overseas operation. They claimed to represent some repairs centre for social housing and insisted on arranging a visit to my house to send their workers round. I set them straight and informed them that I'm not part of a housing association, as I actually own my home. Quite baffling, really!
