DEFINITELY A SCAM! I received a call from this number, purporting to be from O2, saying I’d won a GIFT HAMPER! They somehow managed to breach my O2 account and seemed to know all my details. What’s ridiculous is I ended up ordering a phone through my O2 account, only to be told they would collect the ‘prize’ at my home. Lo and behold, the 'gift' turned out to be completely wrong! They just swooped in to collect it, likely to make off with my belongings. O2 has zero record of this and they’ve started an investigation!
