There was quite a bit of ambient noise on the line; it felt as though I was speaking to someone in a busy call centre.

I received a phone call from someone who introduced himself as Jason, claiming to work for an energy firm. It appeared as though he was attempting to pitch me some sort of home insulation service. To be honest, I found it rather uninteresting and declined to pursue it further.
