Someone rang claiming to be from Talk Talk and acted like he had all the info on my account. I ended up repeating all the issues I’d already sent them in writing. Even though he was nice and sorry about it, he still attempted to pitch me a phone upgrade. I appreciate the politeness, but I’m not interested in these calls at all. This firm has really dropped the ball, so he didn’t make a sale and got a sharp telling-off from me.
