Got a call from a bloke who sounded proper American, saying he was ringing from Curry’s. When I told him my number was on the TPS list, he just cut me off straight away.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Currys, but when I asked them which branch they were from, they just lost it and started yelling about sexual harassment at me.

This bloke called saying he was with the housing association's complaint team, but as soon as I asked which one, he started shouting and then just cut me off. Definitely fishy.

I got a call from this number, and the person claimed he was from some debt collection company. I had a feeling it was a scam, so I just said I was under 18 to try and stop him from calling again. Then, his voice went all deep and creepy, he told me I had a nice voice and kept asking how old I was. I stuck with my lie, saying I was about 15 or 16, and then he started making really unsettling remarks, like asking if I had a boyfriend and saying he'd like to take me out for wine. It was so disturbing I was shaking by the time I ended the call. I even told him he belonged in jail, but he kept ringing me back until I finally had to block the number. I’m actually 22, which is lucky, but I honestly don’t want to think what he might do to someone younger. Be careful out there!

Some bloke called me up talking about a problem with a dump on a property that was supposedly mine. I asked him to double-check the address, and it turned out to be an old flat I rented ages ago. As soon as I said he must have got the wrong person... he just cut me off! Pretty sure it was a scam of some sort...
