When I inquired, “Who is this?” he responded with a cheery, “Good morning, ma’am.” Rather suspicious, I pressed for identification once more, but he just hung up on me. Quite clearly a dodgy spam call, I'd wager.4 yearsI rang up to inquire about having a new boiler installed and the possibility of applying for a grant. Definitely sounds like a scam to me. Legit companies don’t ring loads of people at once and then leave you hanging like that without a proper reason. Only the last four numbers change, so I’m guessing it’s the same outfit. I’ve blocked the second number already.
