I told them I bought a brand new item rather than using their pricey repair service, but they kept ringing me anyway. One time it was while I was at Durham Cathedral, and I had forgot to put my phone on silent! Ive blocked the number now, though I reckon they use multiple phone lines or something.

Go Assist called me and there was loads of noise in the background. They started chatting with someone else before even speaking to me. They used my first name without asking, instead of being polite and using my last name. Their tone was pushy, and when I was trying to check something with my husband, they just ended the call! Really rude and way too expensive for what they offer.

But weirdly, he never asked for any of my details. When I mentioned that, he insisted he already had everything needed to remove me. I told him again, how could he do that without any info from me? Still, GoAssist keeps emailing, ringing and texting me all the time.
