I got in touch with Greenpeace about this since some people reckon it’s them, while others think it’s a scam. To my surprise, they replied by email confirming that yes, they DID ring me. So it really is a Greenpeace number. I have a lot of respect for Greenpeace, their team, and what they stand for. But if, like me, you’d rather not have calls, they’re quite happy to note your preference and won’t call again - you just have to tell them, either by email or when they phone.
