Got a call saying EE would give me 30% off my monthly bill for being loyal. They didn’t ask for any info at all. When I asked for an email confirmation though, they just wouldn’t budge, even after I told them they should already have my email anyway. Told them to either apply the discount or end the call, and mentioned if it was being recorded for training purposes - next thing I know, they cut me off straight away. Heard this number might actually be pretending to be SKY about loyalty offers. Sounds like a total SCAM to me.

Someone called me saying they were from Sky but didn’t know any of my info, even though I’ve got a few phones on contracts with Sky. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
