These calls are so irritating! I even warned them I was recording everything and would report it to the ICO and Action Fraud, but they didn't seem bothered. I try to report them every time, but they always use a different company name and switch phone numbers, so blocking them on my phone doesn’t do any good at all.

Got a call from some robo-thing asking in a weird digital voice, "When exactly did your accident happen?" Definitely sounds like a scam to me.
