I said I don’t own a car or even have a driving licence but she just kept pushing, asking when it supposedly happened. I nicely told her I appreciated she was only doing her job but I was going to end the call.

I made up a story saying I lost both my legs and then got passed on to another guy who started bombardin me with questions like what car I was in, if I'd really been in an accident, and how they should already know my situation if they called me.
