This morning, I received a rather odd call concerning Sage shares. The voice on the other end was a bit tinny and I had trouble making out what she was saying. Strangely, she already had my name and address. The call wrapped up with her wishing me a pleasant afternoon. It all felt rather peculiar, and I'm starting to suspect it might be a scam of some kind.

I received a call from someone requesting my partner by their first name, but then they abruptly disconnected. I attempted to return the call, but it just rings for a bit and then cuts to a busy tone. Quite odd!

Seems like a dodgy call. The person on the line said they were inquiring about shareholdings related to BP and wanted to speak to my mum, who sadly passed away five years back. Total nonsense!
