I just received a call regarding some so-called 'safety for schools' books that are meant to be distributed in primary schools. Sounds all well and good until they slipped in the fact there’s an invoice for £199 attached to it. Now, I'm left wondering if they expect payment right away. It’s rather concerning since I had no conversation with them back in May where I consented to this. Apparently, they’re counting on businesses to receive these invoices and simply cough up the cash without question. It all seems a bit dodgy to me!
