Reporting scam emails is pretty simple. All you gotta do is forward them to '[email protected]'. You'll get a response from the National Cyber Security Centre which is quite insightful. Plus, don’t forget to use the phishing report option in your email client - just click the three dots in the top right corner. That way, the scammer’s email address gets marked as suspicious everywhere online.

I got an email saying I'd supposedly approved a charge of £677 for Norton antivirus, which I definitely hadn’t. They told me to ring a number if it wasn’t me, but the email address looked dodgy and not legit at all.

Beware of a scam claiming to be from Norton Antivirus! They said I made a payment of £465.37 and told me to get in touch if I didn’t approve it. Don’t bother replying - just block and delete the email straight away.

I just rang this number and got through to a bloke from India. He started swearing like mad, saying "Mother F**R" and all. Honestly, it annoyed me a lot since this is a UK number and we expect better manners here.
