The guy on the other end was Asian and spoke really bad English, asking for the business owner. I told him he’d got the wrong number, this was a private home, not a business. But he just kept going on about electric and gas services. I had to say, "Listen, this isn’t a business, it’s a house!" He hesitated, then said it didn’t matter and asked who looks after the gas and electric at the business. He clearly hadn’t got a reply ready for that situation!
