The woman gave her name but I can't recall it now. She claimed to be from a firm looking into a car crash that supposedly I wasn't to blame for, and asked if I remembered it. I told her absolutely no, I've not had any accident. She then said something like "Sorry to bother you but we have it on file", so I told her to remove that and ended the call.
